Right of Withdrawal
Information concerning the right of withdrawal for consumers
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.
The seller named in the order confirmation is affilicon GmbH, Ägidiusstraße 14, 50937 Cologne, Germany. To exercise your right of withdrawal, send Affilicon an unequivocal statement, for example through the contact route stated in the order confirmation or by email to support@affilicon.net. You may also use NovelMansion’s electronic withdrawal form; we will document and forward the declaration without undue delay. Use of the form is not mandatory.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw effectively, Affilicon will reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving the declaration. The same payment method as the original transaction will be used unless otherwise agreed.
Services started during the withdrawal period
If you expressly requested performance to begin during the withdrawal period, you may owe a proportionate amount for services provided before you informed us of your withdrawal, where the statutory requirements are met.
Additional contractual return right
Under Affilicon’s currently published buyer terms, Affilicon generally grants an additional 60-day contractual right to reverse the purchase unless different terms were agreed for the specific product. This additional right does not affect the statutory right of withdrawal. The Affilicon order confirmation and the buyer terms incorporated there govern its conditions and deadlines.
